Tuner Xpressions is built around quality, precision, and respect for the vehicle. We intentionally take on a limited number of clients so each car receives the time, process control, and attention it deserves—no shortcuts, no conveyor-belt detailing.  If it’s not something we would put my name on, it doesn’t leave our shop. 

No — and intentionally so.

While we are equipped for mobile service, Tuner Xpressions is not marketed as a traditional mobile detailing company. The majority of our services are performed in controlled environments where lighting, temperature, water quality, and process consistency can be properly managed.

This allows us to deliver repeatable, high-level results, especially for paint correction, ceramic coatings, and specialty services.

 Our van is a professional tool, not a volume-based mobile operation.

It is used for:

• Select mobile maintenance clients
   
• Occasional Fleet services
   
• On-site specialty services where conditions allow
   
• Logistics, transport, and controlled service support
   

Less than 5% of our annual work involves new mobile detailing clients, and those services are accepted selectively based on the vehicle, service type, and environment.

The van supports the process — it doesn’t define it. 

 High-quality detailing requires:

• Proper lighting
   
• Surface temperature control
   
• Clean water access
   
• Environmental stability
   

Driveways and parking lots often introduce variables that compromise results. For that reason, mobile services are approved only when quality will not be sacrificed.

This is a quality decision — not a convenience one.

• Time and quality impact
   

Approval is not guaranteed, and in many cases, we’ll recommend a drop-off or controlled service location to achieve the best result.

For maintenance details, booking 1–2 weeks out is typical. For paint correction and ceramic coatings, plan for advanced scheduling—those slots are limited by design. 

Time depends on the service and your vehicle’s condition:

• Maintenance / enhancement services: 2–4 hours
   
• Full interior + exterior details: 4–8 hours
   
• Paint correction + ceramic coatings: 1–2+ days
   

We prioritize results over rushing, and we’ll set expectations clearly during scheduling.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and ensure adequate time is allocated for your vehicle. Deposits are applied toward the final balance. 

We ask for 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit forfeiture, as those time blocks are reserved exclusively for your vehicle. 

Yes — and this is one of our specialties.

We’ve completed hundreds of details for military clients preparing vehicles for overseas shipment through the Baltimore-area vehicle processing/shipping facility (commonly referred to as the VPC).

These details are designed specifically for shipping requirements and inspection expectations:

• Thorough interior cleaning (including seams, crevices, and under-seat areas)
   
• Exterior decontamination to reduce inspection issues
   
• Engine bay cleaning (when appropriate and requested)
   
• Photo documentation and shipping-ready presentation

We maintain a 100% first-time “go” rate based on our documented process and experience with shipping standards.  We know what inspectors look for, and we detail with that checklist in mind. We also have a back-up maintenance van to show up on site to correct any deficiencies for peace of mind if you run into any trouble.

Best results happen when you provide:

• Your inspection date/time window (if known)
   
• Any special instructions from your shipping office

• Contact us ASAP when ship date is known so as not to schedule last minute
   
• The condition realities (pet hair, spills, kids, long storage, etc.)

Ceramic coating is a durable protective layer that enhances gloss and makes routine washing easier through hydrophobic behavior and environmental resistance. It is not “scratch-proof,” but it is a premium step toward maintaining a high-end finish. 

95% of the time yes, when needed or requested. Paint correction removes defects like swirls and haze before coating. Coating over defects locks them in—our process is designed to avoid that. New cars are notorious for scratches, sanding marks, and other defects.

Longevity depends on storage, wash technique, environment, and maintenance. We’ll recommend the correct coating option based on how you actually use the vehicle. Just like you have to maintain the mechanical portion of your vehicle, your finish also needs "tune ups" from time to time.

We aim for maximum safe improvement and premium results. Some issues are permanent due to material wear, dye transfer, etching, or prior damage. We’ll always be upfront about what’s realistic. 

Yes. We routinely service high-value vehicles and treat every vehicle as an asset—protecting surfaces, using proper technique, and maintaining a controlled process. 

Pricing depends on:

• Vehicle size and complexity
   
• Current condition
   
• Service level requested
   
• Time required to achieve the standard we deliver
   

If a vehicle requires significantly more labor than typical (pet hair, heavy stains, severe neglect), we’ll communicate that before proceeding.

Major cards and approved electronic payment methods. We also accept; cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, and more. Balance is due at completion unless arranged ahead of time.
