Services
Tuner Xpressions provides professional automotive detailing services, including paint correction, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, interior and exterior detailing, and related services. Most work is performed in our controlled facility in Severn, Maryland; mobile services are offered selectively.
Estimates & Appointments
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the vehicle condition described at the time of quoting. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition differs materially upon inspection. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through Square and other trusted third-party providers. Tuner Xpressions does not store full payment card information.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Tuner Xpressions may send you text messages regarding appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes and invoices, service updates, and customer care follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Tuner Xpressions exercises professional care in all services. Liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or manufacturer defects discovered during service.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
